We tend to attract smart, funny, holy, visionary, Christian leaders who are passionate about the work of helping people discover and fulfill their life purpose. We are looking only for those who can’t not do it! A more formal way to explain it is this:
Christ-centered men and women (25–65 year-old) who are healthy physically, emotionally, spiritually, and relationally — and whose life experiences and mature character have brought them to a point-of-faith where their core passion is centered on fulfilling God’s purpose in their own lives, and in doing so, they are called to use their giftedness to help others discover and fulfill God’s plan for their lives.
Our student body includes some who have an advanced degree (PhD, DMin, JD, EdD, DDS, MDiv, MS/MA, etc.); those with specific licenses or credentials (Licensed Minister; Ordained Pastor; Marriage & Family Counselor; teacher; Life Coach); as well as those with no post-secondary degree, but with incredible ministries, rich life experiences, and an awesome spiritual gift mix.
Our Coach-Facilitator graduates include some who have the following para-church experience: Campus Crusade for Christ; Focus on the Family; Jesus Film, etc. Others have been overseas missionaries, or are a pastor’s spouse, Ministry Director, author, radio host, six-figure career executive, church staff member, stay-at-home mom/dad, grandparent, computer specialist, athlete, sport’s fanatic, lobbyist, animal rights’ advocate, nutritionist, and/or mental health professional.
Many are proven entrepreneurs or have been involved in Public Relations, Marketing, Television Broadcast, or Business Management. ALL HAVE FASCINATING AND HUMBLING STORIES OF LOSS, GRIEF, FAILURE, SIN, AND FEAR. We think of ourselves as a Motley Crew of church members (15 Christ-believing denominations!) who “talk each other’s PURPOSE language” and are humbled and grateful to have a network of like-minded Christians with whom to serve God in his Kingdom-building plans.
